Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 03-06-2025 Welcome to the ReikiPedia Affiliate Program. By joining and participating in our affiliate program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions and Code of Ethics. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your participation and may lead to legal action where appropriate.

1. Eligibility To participate, you must: Be at least 18 years of age. Provide accurate and complete registration information. Operate a website, social media account, or marketing channel that complies with applicable laws, ethical standards, and these Terms & Conditions.
2. Approved Promotional Methods Affiliates may promote ReikiPedia through: Personal websites and blogs. Social media channels (with proper disclosures of affiliate relationships as required by law). Email marketing (to opted-in subscribers only). Content marketing (articles, reviews, tutorials). Affiliates must adhere to ethical, honest, and transparent marketing practices at all times.
3. Prohibited Activities The following activities are strictly forbidden: Deceptive, Misleading, or False Claims: Affiliates may not make any unsubstantiated claims about ReikiPedia’s services, methods, results, or business practices. Misrepresentation: Affiliates may not imply or claim to be an official representative, employee, or partner of ReikiPedia. Negative or Harmful Publicity: Affiliates must not publish, promote, or associate ReikiPedia with defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, or misleading content. Paid Advertising on Brand Keywords: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on or purchasing paid search ads using ReikiPedia brand-related keywords (including misspellings and variations) on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, or social media advertising platforms. Negative Claims or Disparaging Comparisons: Affiliates may not use negative marketing tactics, such as suggesting other companies or methods are harmful or inferior to ReikiPedia. Unethical Marketing Practices: Including but not limited to spam, unsolicited messages, fake reviews, clickbait headlines, or hidden affiliate disclosures.
4. Legal Compliance Affiliates must comply with: All applicable local, national, and international laws, including data protection, privacy, advertising, and consumer protection regulations. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines or equivalent for transparent disclosure of affiliate relationships. All applicable intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws.
5. Brand Protection All materials used by the Affiliate to promote ReikiPedia must: Be factually accurate. Not harm, tarnish, or diminish the reputation of ReikiPedia. Clearly distinguish between personal opinions and official ReikiPedia messaging. Affiliates are forbidden from creating domains, social media pages, or email addresses containing ReikiPedia’s brand name or trademarks without explicit written consent.
6. Intellectual Property All content, logos, trademarks, and materials provided by ReikiPedia remain the exclusive property of ReikiPedia. Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these materials solely for the purpose of participating in the Program and in accordance with these Terms.
7. Liability & Indemnification Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReikiPedia, its owners, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: Any breach of these Terms. Misrepresentation, false claims, or unauthorized representations. Violations of law or third-party rights while participating in the Program. In cases where ReikiPedia suffers reputational or financial damage due to the actions of an Affiliate, ReikiPedia reserves the right to: Seek full compensation for direct and indirect damages. Pursue legal action as necessary.
8. Termination ReikiPedia may suspend or terminate an Affiliate’s participation at any time and without prior notice for: Breach of any provision of these Terms. Conduct that ReikiPedia determines in its sole discretion to be harmful to its reputation, unethical, or illegal. Inactivity in the Program for a continuous period exceeding 6 months. Upon termination: All licenses to use ReikiPedia’s content and materials will be immediately revoked. The Affiliate must cease all promotion of ReikiPedia. Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited in the event of termination for breach.
9. Modifications to Terms ReikiPedia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. 11. Practice Honesty & Transparency Represent ReikiPedia truthfully and accurately. Avoid exaggerated, misleading, or unverifiable claims. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotional content (as per FTC and equivalent guidelines).
12. Uphold Brand Respect & Positive Representation Present ReikiPedia in a positive, ethical, and respectful light. Never engage in defamation, harmful comparisons, or negative publicity. Do not impersonate ReikiPedia or claim official endorsement beyond your affiliate status.
13. Use Ethical, Respectful Advertising Methods Avoid deceptive tactics, clickbait, spam, or manipulative marketing. Refrain from bidding on brand-related keywords in paid advertising. Never create unfair, negative comparisons or disparaging claims.
14. Prioritize People, Wellbeing & Positive Impact Focus on genuinely supporting others in discovering helpful, ethical wellness resources. Promote ReikiPedia in communities where it truly adds value. Embody kindness, empathy, and integrity in every interaction.
15. Protect Community Trust & Confidentiality Maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information shared by ReikiPedia. Immediately report any incidents, risks, or content that could harm the brand or its community. 🌸 Our Promise to You We pledge to support our affiliates with honesty, fairness, and transparency.
