Before you write

A few things you can do yourself, faster than we can reply.

Reset your access

ReikiPedia has no password. Sign in from the app with your email address and a fresh sign-in link arrives in your inbox.

Delete your account

In the app, under Profile → Danger zone → Delete account. It removes your profile and sign-in, your notes and journal entries, your favourites, sequences and projects, your progress, settings and reminders, your invite code and referrals, and the record of the consents you gave. If you would rather we did it for you, write to the address above.

Change what you are counted for

Profile → Privacy, one click, any time.

Cancel a subscription

Subscriptions bought through the App Store are cancelled in your Apple ID settings, not here. Deleting your ReikiPedia account does not cancel them.

What to tell us

If something is broken, these four lines get you a real answer instead of a question back: what you were trying to do · what happened instead · the device and browser you were using · the screen you were on.

Privacy and your data

You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for it in a portable form, and withdraw any consent at any time.
