Ascended Masters

Ascended Masters are understood as highly evolved spiritual beings who once lived as human souls, mastered the lessons of earthly life, and "ascended" beyond the cycle of incarnation — now guiding humanity in love from higher planes of consciousness. The idea took shape in Theosophy and later New Age and "I AM" teachings, though it draws on much older traditions of enlightened teachers and saints.

Their role. Rather than intervening from above, the Masters are described as elder teachers and guardians of wisdom who offer inspiration, protection, and guidance to those who sincerely ask — always honouring free will.

Familiar names. Among those most often invoked are Saint Germain, keeper of the violet flame of transmutation; El Morya, associated with divine will and faith; and Hilarion, linked with healing and truth. Many practitioners feel a particular resonance with one or two.

In energy & Reiki work. Practitioners may call upon the Ascended Masters at the start of a session to lend their presence, clarity, and protection, or simply hold their qualities — compassion, courage, wisdom — as an intention.

Working with the Ascended Masters is a faith- and intention-based spiritual practice for guidance and inspiration — complementary and educational, never a substitute for professional care.
