The Lemurian Council refers, in spiritual and New Age teaching, to a gathering of ancient, wise light beings said to hold the wisdom of Lemuria — a legendary primordial civilization believed to have lived in deep harmony with the earth, the heart, and the natural world before its passing. They are spoken of as keepers and transmitters of this gentle, heart-centered wisdom.
Their teaching. Lemuria is associated with unity consciousness, living from the heart, oneness with nature, and a soft, intuitive wisdom — qualities the Council is said to help re-awaken in humanity now.
How they're approached. Practitioners may attune to the Lemurian Council in meditation — often working with "Lemurian seed crystals" — to reconnect with heart-centered wisdom, healing, and remembrance.
