Sacred Geometry

Sacred geometry is the study of the geometric patterns and proportions found throughout nature, seen by many traditions as the underlying blueprint of creation. From the spiral of a shell to the structure of a crystal or the orbits of planets, the same forms recur — and across cultures these shapes have been treated as sacred templates of order and harmony.

Familiar forms. Among the best known are the Flower of Life, the Platonic solids, Metatron's Cube, the vesica piscis, and the golden ratio (φ) — patterns long woven into temples, art, and ritual.

As energetic templates. In energy work, these forms are used as focal points: contemplated, visualized, or placed in a space to invite balance, coherence, and a sense of alignment with the larger order of things.

In Reiki. Many of the Reiki symbols are themselves expressions of sacred geometry — deliberate forms whose shape concentrates and directs energy, much as a lens focuses light.

Sacred geometry is a contemplative and symbolic framework — a way of perceiving harmony and pattern, offered for reflection and inspiration rather than as a physical science.
