Sarasvati

Sarasvatī (सरस्वती) is the Hindu goddess of knowledge, music, art, speech, and learning — the flowing source of wisdom and creative expression. Her name evokes flowing waters, and she is honoured as the patron of students, scholars, artists, and musicians.

Her symbolism. She is depicted in flowing white, seated on a lotus or a swan, playing the vīṇā (a stringed instrument) — the music of wisdom — and holding sacred texts and a mala, signs of learning and devotion. The swan represents the discernment of truth from illusion.
